TENTATIVE SCHEDULE - The retreat schedule is designed to flow organically, adapting to the group's collective energy and needs. While we have outlined a thoughtful itinerary, activities may shift to ensure a harmonious and fulfilling experience for everyone. Thank you for embracing this flexibility as part of the journey.

Friday:

  • 3-4:30 PM  Relaxed Arrival - check-in, settle in, acclimate, enjoy tea/coffee and a snack (main house)

  • 5:00 Dinner

  • 6:00 Welcome Ceremony with Talking Circle

  • 7:00 Guided Ancestral Meditation, Ritual, and Campfire

  • 10:00 Sweet Dreams!

 

Saturday:

  • 8:00 Breakfast

  • 9:00 Talking Circle

  • 9:30 Breathwork and Light Stretching with Michelle

  • 10:30 “Honoring the Transition” Midlife Support Circle, or Free Being*

  • 12-1 Lunch 

  • 1:00 "Tapping into the Past" Grief Support Circle with Verna, or Free Being*

  • 2:30 Pop-up Offerings from Guests or Free Being*

  • 3:30 Movement Therapy and Dance Release with Michelle

  • 5:00 Dinner

  • 6:00 Talking Circle

  • 7:30 Ritual and Campfire Gathering - guests are invited to bring instruments, songs, etc... (everyone)

  • 10:00 Sweet Dreams!

 

Sunday:

  • 8:00 Breakfast

  • 9:00 RAW Cacao Ceremony & Meditation with Jamie

  • 10:00-12:00 RAW Photography Experience and Free Being*

  • Noon Lunch 

  • 1:00 - 4:00 RAW Photography Experience and Free Being*

  • 4:00 RAW Reveal Ceremony & Love Notes with Jamie

  • 5:00 Madhatter-style Dinner - wear hats, scarves, skirts, gloves, etc.

  • 6:00 Sunset Dance Release with Michelle

  • 7:00 Talking Circle 

  • 8:00 Campfire Gathering - guests are invited to bring a talent to share with the group (instruments, poems, songs, dances, etc)!

  • 10:00 Sweet Dreams!

 

Monday:

  • 8:00 Breakfast

  • 9:00 Closing Circle

  • 10:00 Departure

    • Receive Sharing Bags

    • See you next time!

 

*Free Being is free space in the day to choose what feels right to you. You may wish to read a book, journal, sketch, meditate, nap, or indulge in one of the self-led invitations this retreat has to offer:

  • Soak in the outdoor hot springs tubs

  • Dip in the plunge pool

  • Forest bathe along the Steam Vent Trail

  • Meditate

  • enJOY self-led lawn activities (hula hoop, jump rope, dancing, etc)

  • Peruse through the Craft Corner & Scholarship Closet

  • Pamper yourself with a pre-scheduled massage at the healing hale (FCFS add-on for extra cost, sign up when you register)
