The Benefits of
Wild Women Hawai'i Retreats
Wild Women Hawai'i retreats are welcoming, peaceful events to revitalize and nurture social, emotional, physical, and environmental wellness.
Oxford reference states that “Wellness is achieved by a combination of emotional, environmental, mental, physical, social, and spiritual health.”
The Global Wellness Institute defines wellness as “the active pursuit of activities, choices and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health”. Holistic is defined as an interconnectedness of all human factors including (but not limited to) physical, mental, and social factors. The whole woman.
