The mission of Wild Women Hawaiʻi is to provide a down-to-earth, pressure-free space where women can step away from cognitive overthinking, connect with nature, nurture belonging, and tune into the wisdom of their bodies through somatic practices.

The ongoing purpose of Wild Women Hawaiʻi is to nurture kinship among women of all ages. Whether you are deeply rooted in the islands or newly arriving, this is a supportive environment where every individual is valued exactly as they are.
Wild Women Hawaiʻi specializes in women's gatherings, nature-based somatic immersions, and nervous system regulation in Hilo. These experiences are intentionally designed to help high-functioning women downshift, drop their armor, and find a lasting sense of restoration, healing, community belonging, and reconnection within their own bodies.
Within every woman, there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing.
